Nonprofit Development & Creation

Work with us
You’ve got the ideas and the drive to create one or more charitable organizations dedicated to the betterment of humanity. What you might not have is the time or expertise needed to focus on your nonprofit development plans.

At Pearl Solutions, we do more than help individuals and nonprofit professionals write and manage grants. We also help visionaries like you much earlier in the process as they develop and create their nonprofit organizations or mission-driven corporations.

Professional Nonprofit Development, Creation, & Strategy

If you have an idea for a nonprofit or mission-driven organization but aren’t sure where to begin when it comes to starting one, we’re here for you.

Pearl Solutions can help with:

We streamline the lengthy and complicated processes involved in nonprofit development so you can focus on making an impact.

Although we don’t provide legal advice, we can assist you with your filings and corporate documents.

Similarly, we can help you apply for 501(c)(3) status under the Internal Revenue Code. This will identify you as a tax-exempt organization, which means that part of your fundraising strategy or fundraising efforts can include telling donors that their donations are tax deductible.

One of the requirements of operating a nonprofit organization is creating  bylaws. This is an important part of nonprofit management as these bylaws lay out how your organization will operate as it carries out its mission. We can help you create them.

One of the most important decisions you’ll make when creating your organization is deciding who will serve on your board of directors.

Your board members will serve many roles, like working closely with your development department and your development team. Just like Development officers are tasked with raising the money that will help fund your projects and initiatives, your board members will also work to help you reach your development goals.

We can assist you as you establish your board so that your board members know what is expected of them.

In addition to helping you register or file with national agencies, we can help you register your organization with state agencies.

As a 501(c)(3) organization, you may be exempt from certain taxes, including sales tax or taxes made on certain purchases. If your organization is exempt, we’ll help you apply for recognition of exemption.
